Single-Day Event Promises to Push Fiber Business Owners to the Next Level of Growth

HIGHLIGHTS

Making More is designed to give you the tools you need to scale your business sustainably.

MORNING WORKSHOPS

You'll choose one of these four.
9am - 11am

Less Likes, More Sales:
Marketing Without Social Media

Taught by Toni Lipsey of TL Yarn Crafts, a crochet designer and instructor who has grown a six-figure business almost single-handedly.  Her reliance on social media as a marketing tool has been severely reduced by utilizing other types of channels and partnerships.

If you choose this workshop, she'll be walking you through options and steps that you can take to grow your business WITHOUT feeling like Instagram needs all of your attention.

AFTERNOON SESSIONS

Collaborative Scaling Session

1pm - 3pm

Take everything you've learned in the morning and convert that knowledge into action steps. You'll have templates to use to implement a growth strategy over the next twelve months.

This is a peer-based session, meaning that there will be options to interact and learn from each other as we build out our strategies.

Large Group Design Thinking

3:30pm - 5pm

The fiber arts industry, and our businesses, desperately need innovation and new ideas to help generate revenue.

Design thinking is different from other innovation and ideation processes in that it’s solution-based and user-centric rather than problem-based. This means it focuses on the solution to a problem instead of the problem itself.

You're going to learn and practice Design thinking in a safe and supportive group setting, so you can use this tool over and over again in the future.
