Update (or create) the FAQ section on your website.
FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions.
If you can create a place on your website to address questions that are asked time and time again, you will save yourself a lot of time doing customer service. Additionally, having these visible is a sign of social proof - it shows that you've been asked these questions before and have been able to answer them. You can create a completely separate FAQ page on your website, or you could keep it as a specific section on your About page. Just make sure that people are able to find it easily (such as making it a sub-menu item in your navigation bar or including a link on the home page). Having questions that are asked repeatedly can also give you something to address in content. You can create blog posts around your FAQs, social media posts, or newsletters.
