Write a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) statement for your website.

Building an inclusive business is a non-negotiable, even if you are the only person who works there. Inclusivity expands beyond just the people behind the brand. It also affects the way we build our products, what businesses we purchase from (software companies, photographers, printers, etc), and the list goes on. Having a DEI statement visible on your website helps to show that you are committed to creating and fostering an inclusive environment within your business, but it's also a way to be held accountable for your actions. This is not a scary thing. It's an essential thing.

Here's one article I found that was helpful for showing how to draft a statement and set DEI goals for your business. Assistant Coach Jen P also has a pretty stellar DEI statement in the Values section of her About page.
