I want to clarify this Quest by first saying that this isn't asking for a review of a product someone just purchased. In fact, in our industry, it's not common that people buy patterns or yarn and then immediately begin using them. It may take time to get feedback. However, you can ask for feedback on the shopping and checkout process, which is what I want you to do for this Quest. We can often be blind to the challenges and confusion that our website processes cause because we aren't buying from ourselves. Having a survey that people can fill out will give some light to this blind spot and help us improve our future customers' experiences.
